Essential Qualification
- Driver:
- Candidate must have passed 10th Grade (S.S.C.) from a recognized board.
- Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak Marathi and Hindi.
- Candidate must have a Valid LMV Driving License.
- Candidate must have at least 3 Years of Experience in driving.
- Candidate must have a clean driving record and knowledge of car maintenance.
- Peon/Hamal/Farash:
- Candidate must have passed at least 7th Grade.
- Candidate must have a good physique.
Note: Candidates must be Residents (Domicile) of Maharashtra.
Selection Process
- Written Examination:
- This will be an objective type test.
- For Driver: 20 Marks (Passing marks 7). Topics include vehicle maintenance, city topography, and general knowledge.
- For Peon: 30 Marks (Passing marks 15).
- Skill/Trade Test:
- For Driver: Motor Vehicle Driving Test (10 Marks).
- For Peon: Physical Ability and Special Skill Test (10 Marks). Only for those who pass the written test.
- Experience (For Driver Only): 10 Marks based on prior experience.
- Interview: 10 Marks for both posts.
- Total Marks: The final selection is based on a total of 50 Marks.
