Essential Qualification
- Forester:
- Candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized Board like Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or CBSE.
- Knowledge of working in Hindi (Devanagari Script).
- Knowledge of Rajasthan’s Culture.
Selection Process
- Written Exam: This will be an Offline OMR-based test. It has 100 questions for 100 marks. The duration is 2 hours. There is 1/3 negative marking for wrong answers.
- Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
- Walking Test: Men must walk 25 km in 4 hours. Women must walk 16 km in 4 hours.
- Height: Men – 163 cm, Women – 150 cm.
- Chest: Men – 84 cm (5 cm expansion), Women – 79 cm (5 cm expansion).
- Document Verification: Checking of original certificates.
- Medical Examination: To check physical and mental fitness.
