Essential Qualification
- Common for all posts:
- Passed at least +3 examination or equivalent.
- Passed Diploma in Computer Application.
- Able to speak, read, and write Oriya and passed a test in Oriya equivalent to M.E Standard.
- Junior Typist:
- Minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English typewriting on computer.
- Stenographer Grade-III:
- Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in typewriting in English on computer.
Selection Process
- Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist: Written Test (English, Arithmetic, General Knowledge), Computer Science Test (Practical), Viva-voce.
- Stenographer Grade-III & Junior Typist: Written Test (English – Qualifying), Shorthand & Typewriting Test (Steno) / Typewriting Test (Typist), Computer Science Test (Practical), Viva-voce.
- Candidates up to 20 times the actual vacancy in each category (based on career merit) will be called for the written test.
