Essential Qualification
- Senior Resident (All Posts)
- Must follow National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.
- ICU
- Can be staffed by specialists in Critical Care, Anesthesiology, General Medicine, or Pulmonary Medicine.
- NICU/PICU
- Requires a Pediatric specialist.
- ICU (Special Note)
- If PG doctors are not available, Non-PG doctors with 2 years of experience may be considered.
Selection Process
- Selection is based on two parts:
- Your past school and college grades.
- Your performance in the interview.
- The final results will be put on the ESIC website.
- The interview will be held by a selection board.
