Essential Qualification
- Library & Information Officer: Master Degree in Library Science. 5 years of experience in a Library.
- Assistant Editor: Master Degree in Journalism, Communication, Social Science, or Literature. 5 years of experience in editing and publication.
- Assistant Registrar: Master Degree with 55% marks.
- Section Officer: Bachelor Degree in any subject. 3 years experience as Assistant or 8 years as UDC. Proficiency in Computer Operation.
- Senior Research Assistant: Master Degree in Social Sciences like Mass Communication or Sociology. 3 years research experience.
- Assistant: Bachelor Degree. 3 years experience as UDC. Proficiency in Typing and Computer applications.
- Professional Assistant: Master Degree in Library Science with 2 years experience OR Bachelor Degree in Library Science with 3 years experience. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
- Junior Programmer: B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA or MSc in Computer Science. 2 years programming experience.
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Bachelor Degree. 2 years experience as LDC. English Typing at 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing at 30 wpm.
- Stenographer: Bachelor Degree. Stenography speed 80 wpm. Typing speed 35/30 wpm. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Selection Process
- Written Test: Candidates will first appear for a written exam.
- Skill Test: Candidates who pass the written test will be called for a skill test (for Group B and C posts like Stenographer and UDC).
- Interview: For Group A posts, there will be an interview after the written test.
- Document Verification: Checking of original certificates.
- Medical Examination: To check medical fitness.
