- Desirable Qualification:
- Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management or a Degree in Law.

- Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory role in Procurement in Government or similar institutions.
- Must have experience in e-procurement or GeM procurement of technical items.
- Knowledge of State government procurement rules and GFR provisions.
- Experience with various procurement procedures like tenders and rate contracts.
