Essential Qualification
- Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist and Stenographer Grade-III
- Must have passed at least +3 Examination or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Must have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
- Must be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to M.E. standard.
- Stenographer Grade-III (Additional)
- Must possess a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand.
- Must possess a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in Typewriting.
- Self attested copy of Shorthand & Type writing Certificate from a recognized institution.
Selection Process
- For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist:
- Written Examination (English, Arithmetic, General Knowledge).
- Computer Science Test (Practical).
- Viva-Voce Test.
- For Stenographer Grade-III:
- Written Examination (English – Qualifying).
- Shorthand & Type test in English.
- Computer Science Test (Practical).
- Viva-Voce Test.
