  • Post Graduate degree in Geology or Applied Geology.
  • Candidate must have at least 60 percent marks.
• MT Materials Management
  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil.
  • OR MBA in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
  • Minimum 60 percent marks in the qualification.
• MT System
  • B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or IT.
  • OR MCA degree from a recognized place.
  • At least 60 percent marks are needed.
• MT Personnel Welfare
  • Post Graduate degree in Social Work or Personnel Management.
  • OR MBA in HR or Personnel Management.
  • Minimum 60 percent marks required.
• MT Marketing
  • MBA in Marketing or Foreign Trade.
  • Minimum 60 percent marks in the degree.
• Manager Survey
  • Graduation degree with 60 percent marks.
  • Surveyor Certificate of Competency.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in underground mining.

Selection Process

1. Computer Based Online Test: This is an objective test for 85 marks. It includes General Knowledge, Reasoning, English, and Subject Knowledge. The total time is 90 minutes.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview worth 15 marks. The ratio for calling is 1 vacancy to 6 candidates.
3. Document Verification: Checking of original certificates and documents.
4. Medical Examination: Final health checkup by the company doctor.
