Dental Surgeon	MDS or BDS. Registration in Chhattisgarh Medical Council.
MO – AYUSH	BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS Degree. Registration from any GOI recognized Ayush, Homeo, and Unani Registration Board.
Psychologist – Clinical (Divisional/ Non-Divisional)	M.Phil in Psychology OR M.Sc/ M.A. in Psychology (Regular).
Programme Associate NTEP	MBA/ PG Diploma in Management/ Health Administration. At least 1 year of work experience. Preferential: Experience in Development/ Health at District/ State level. Basic Knowledge of Computers.
Social Worker – NMHP	M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work OR Master of Social Work (Regular).
Physiotherapist (NUHM)	Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T.). Live registration in Chhattisgarh Physiotherapy Council.
Lab Supervisor	Graduate or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. Permanent two-wheeler driving license. Certificate course in Computer Operations (Minimum 2 months). Preferential: Minimum 1 year of experience in NTEP.
STS	Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s course. Certificate course in Computer Operations (Minimum 2 months). Permanent two-wheeler driving license. Preferential: Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized degree/ diploma in social work or medical social work. Successful completion of basic training course (Govt. recognized) for Multi-Purpose health workers.
Nursing Officer (NUHM/ UHWC)	B.Sc Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing OR GNM Course. Live registration in Chhattisgarh registration council.
Community Health Officer	B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course.
Pharmacist (NUHM)	Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%). Registration in Pharmacy Registration Council.
Accountant – NUHM	M.Com (Regular) (50%) or B.Com (Regular) (50%). Tally 9.0.
Staff Nurse	B.Sc Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing OR GNM Course. Live registration in Chhattisgarh registration council.
TBHV	Graduate in Science OR Intermediate (10+2) in Science and experience of working as MPW/ LHV/ ANM/ Health worker, Certificate or higher course in health education/ Counselling. OR Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course. Computer Certificate Course (Minimum 2 months). Preferential: Training Course for MPW or Recognized sanitary inspector’s course.
Nutrition Counsellor/ Feeding Demonstrator – NRC	B.Sc Home Science.
Counsellor	PG Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Counselling/ Health Education/ Mass Communication/ Social Science.
ANM	ANM Course. Live registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.
Radiographer	12th with Science subjects. Radiographer course. Live registration in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
Laboratory Technicians – BPHU	Higher Secondary (10+2) in Biology with BMLT/ DMLT/ Paramedical Technician one-year certificate Course (CMLT). Registration in Paramedical Council of India or Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council. First preference will be given to BMLT.
MPW (Male) – UHWC	Higher Secondary (10+2) with Biology. One-year Diploma in Multipurpose worker training or equivalent. Registered in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
Lab Assistant – DPHL	12th Pass with Biology. 1-year experience in the laboratory. Matriculation from a recognized board.
Dental Assistant	Two years experience in a dental college clinic (Only Govt Health facility experience). Preference: One year of course of lab technician (Dental work related) Hygienist or Dental Technician from medical college.
Opthalmic Assistant – NUHM	12th with Science. 2-year Ophthalmic Assistant training course. Registration in Paramedical Council.
Secretarial Assistant (NCD/ UAAM)	(NCD): Graduate with 1-year diploma in computer application. (UAAM): 12th with at least 1-year computer diploma.
Class – IV (UHWC)	(UHWC): 10th pass. (Others): 8th pass.
Support Staff – Mental Health Unit	8th pass.
Sweeper Ward Assistant & Attendent – NMHP	Higher secondary. 1-year experience in hospital work.

Selection Process

Stages	Details
Stage 1	Document Verification. Screening of candidates based on applications.
