Essential Qualification
- Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager (PEM)
- You need a degree like BE, B.Tech or B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil or Instrumentation.
- You must have 60 percent to 65 percent marks in your studies.
- For AGM you need 16 years of work time and for Senior Manager you need 12 years of work time.
- Senior Manager and Manager (Projects)
- You need a Engineering Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil fields.
- A minimum of 65 percent marks is required.
- You must have 8 to 12 years of experience in managing big projects like Refineries or Pipelines.
- Manager (Copper and Aluminium Smelter)
- You need a degree in Metallurgy Engineering with at least 65 percent marks.
- You must have 8 years of experience in working with metal smelter plants.
- Manager (Planning and Scheduling)
- You need a degree in Engineering like Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical with 65 percent marks.
- You must know how to use tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- At least 8 years of work experience is needed.
- Deputy Manager (Projects and Electrical)
- You need an Engineering Degree in relevant fields with 65 percent marks.
- You must have 4 years of work experience in your field.
Important Note: If you have a Master Degree in Engineering you get 1 year off from the required work time. If you have a PhD you get 4 years off.
