Essential Qualification
All candidates must have a full time Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology with at least 60% marks. For PwBD candidates the minimum marks required are 50%.
- Middle Specialist
- 4 to 8 years of experience is required.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Aero/Propulsion.
- Junior Specialist
- 2 to 4 years of experience is required.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Propulsion.
Selection Process
- Written Test: Candidates will first appear for a written test.
- Interview: Those who pass the written test will be called for an interview.
- Weightage: The final selection is based on the written test (85%) and interview (15%).
- Exam Pattern: The test is 2.5 hours long and has 160 multiple choice questions. There is no negative marking.
