Essential Qualification
Candidates must be computer literate and familiar with MS-Office applications. The educational qualifications must be obtained by 31/07/2025.
- General:
- Master’s Degree in any field
- or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Engineering
- or ACA/FCA, ACS/FCS, ACMA/FCMA, or CFA qualification.
- Finance and Accounts:
- Graduation degree and
- ACA/FCA, ACS/FCS, ACMA/FCMA, or CFA qualification.
- Information Technology:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (specific fields)
- or Masters in Computer Application.
- Preference for specialization in AI and ML.
- Research (Economics/Statistics):
- Master’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration (Finance).
- Actuary:
- Graduation degree and
- Pass in all 7 Core Principles subjects of IAI Examination.
- Legal:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Official Language (Rajbhasha):
- Master’s Degree in Hindi with English at Bachelor’s level, or related fields.
Selection Process
- Phase I: Online Screening Exam
- Two papers of 100 marks each.
- Consists of multiple-choice questions.
- Marks are for shortlisting only.
- Phase II: Online Examination
- Two papers of 100 marks each.
- Paper 1 is descriptive (English), Paper 2 is multiple-choice.
- Phase III: Interview
- Shortlisted candidates from Phase II will be called.
- Final selection based on Phase II (85% weightage) and Interview (15% weightage).
