- MBBS (Final Part I & II) passed in max two attempts.
- Permanent registration from State Medical Council/NMC/MCI.
- Completed internship by 31/03/2025.
- Appeared in NEET PG (2023 or 2024). PG holders exempt if appeared earlier.

Age Eligibility
- Medical Officer (Short Service Commission) - MBBS: Age limit below 30 years (as on 31/12/2025).
- Medical Officer (Short Service Commission) - PG Degree: Age limit below 35 years (as on 31/12/2025).
- Shortlisting: Candidates shortlisted based on calculated NEET PG marks (percentile converted to score out of 200).
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates attend interview (Viva-Voce) by a Board of Officers in Delhi (Jun 2025 onwards). Interview carries 50 marks (minimum 50% needed to qualify).
- Merit List: Final merit list prepared by adding calculated NEET PG marks and Interview marks for medically fit candidates.

- Click on the "NEW REGISTRATION" button.
- Register using your email ID. You will receive an OTP for login.
- Login with registered email, password, and OTP.
- Fill the online application form carefully.
- Upload scanned documents (Photo, Signature, Certificates, NEET Score Card etc.) as per specifications.
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 200 online.
- Submit the application form and save the transaction number.
