Selection Process
- Screening (Assistant Professor):
- If more than 10 eligible candidates apply for a post, a screening process using objective criteria (based on academics, research, publications, teaching etc.) is used.
- You must upload documents supporting your claims for these criteria.
- A score is given based on these criteria, and the top candidates (usually 10 per post) are shortlisted for interview.
- This screening score is only for shortlisting, not for the final selection.
- Screening (Tutor, College of Nursing): A written exam will be held for screening candidates applying for the Tutor post. Details about the exam will be shared later on the website.
- Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- The interview schedule will be posted on the AIIMS website.
- The final selection is based purely on performance in the interview conducted by the Standing Selection Committee.
- Document Verification: You must bring all your original certificates and documents for verification on the day of the interview.
