Age Eligibility
Only those candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS (including Internship) not earlier than three (3) years before the start date of Junior Residency i.e. 01/01/2025 will be considered. It implies that those who have completed MBBS/BDS or equivalent course (including completion of residency) between 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2024 are eligible.

Candidates should have passed MBBS/BDS (including completion of Internship) or equivalent degree recognized by MCI/DCI. DMC/DDC Registration is mandatory before joining, if selected. |
Selection Process
1. Initial Allotment | Junior Residency will be provided first to all the AIIMS, New Delhi MBBS graduates who fulfill eligibility criteria. |
2. Merit List for AIIMS Graduates | Merit list will be based on aggregate marks in the I, II, and final Professional MBBS examinations. |
3. Allotment to Other Candidates | Remaining posts will be offered to other candidates (non-AIIMS, New Delhi MBBS graduates). |
a. Merit order based on rank obtained in the INI-CET PG Entrance Examination for Jan 2025 session.
b. Candidates not appeared in INI-CET PG will be ranked based on percentage of marks in: i. MBBS examination (for candidates from Indian Medical Colleges). ii. MCI screening test (for Indian Citizens from Foreign Medical Colleges). |

4. Online Counseling |
Counselling will be done strictly by combined merit list, starting from Rank 1.
Candidates will exercise choice of subject based on availability. Reserved category candidates can choose from both unreserved and reserved categories based on availability. |
5. Waiting List | Candidates not called for counselling will be kept on a waiting list based on their merit. |
