Post Name	Essential Qualification & Experience
Junior Executive (Engineering)	Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil / Chemical Engineering. Minimum 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant work experience.
Associate Executive (Engineering)	B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc (Engg) in Mechanical/Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics/Civil/ Chemical Engineering. Minimum 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant work experience.
Junior Executive (Accounts)	Inter CA/ Inter CMA + Graduation in any discipline. Graduation: Minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience in finance.
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)	M.Sc (Chemistry) with specialization in Organic/Physical / Inorganic / Analytical chemistry. Minimum 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant work experience in a laboratory.
Secretary BPCL	Bachelor’s Degree (3-year course), Class XII & Class X. Minimum 60% marks in aggregate for all (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Exam Fee

UR, OBC-NCL, EWS candidates	Rs. 1180/- (Application fee Rs. 1000/- + GST Rs. 180/-) + gateway charges
SC, ST, PwBD candidates	Exempted from fee payment

Selection Process

1. Application Screening: Based on work experience, educational qualification etc.
2. Written/Computer Based Test: May be conducted depending on applications.
3. Case Based Discussion: May be part of the process.
4. Group Task: May be included.
5. Personal Interview: For shortlisted candidates.
6. Medical Examination: Provisionally selected candidates must clear this.
