Essential Qualification
- Junior Stenographer (Hindi) (A-01)
- Passed 10+2/XII or equivalent examination.
- Shorthand (Hindi) speed of 80 words per minute.
- Hindi Typewriting speed on computer of 35 words per minute.
A 3-year diploma after 10th standard is equivalent to 12th standard for this post.

- Stenography Proficiency Test: Including computer typing (qualifying nature).
