Essential Qualification
For all posts, candidates must have passed 10th Grade or an equivalent exam with Science subjects with at least 55% marks. Additionally, one of the following qualifications is required in the relevant trade:
- ITI certificate in the specified trade.
- Two years of full-time experience as an apprentice trainee in the trade.
- Three years of work experience in the trade in a government organization or similar body.
Selection Process
- Trade Test: Candidates will first be shortlisted for a Trade Test, which is qualifying in nature.
- Written Exam: Those who pass the Trade Test will appear for a written exam. The exam has three papers.
- Paper-I (1 Hour): Mental Ability Test with 50 questions for 100 marks. There is no negative marking.
- Paper-II (30 Mins): General Awareness and English with 25 questions each, for a total of 150 marks. There is negative marking.
- Paper-III (1 Hour): Concerned Subject Test with 50 questions for 150 marks. There is negative marking.
- Final Selection: The final merit list will be based on marks in Paper-II and Paper-III.
