Essential Qualification
| Assistant Director (Ministerial) |
Retired from Central/State Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU/Autonomous or Statutory Organizations. Substantive pay at the level 8 or 9 or 10 or 11 in Pay Matrix at the time of retirement. Experience in Ministerial/Administrative works like land/housing, CBI/Anti-corruption cases, disciplinary, legal matter matters and other miscellaneous matters/complaints. 4 out of 5 ACRS/APARS should have at-least been graded as Very Good. Experience in the pay level 8 to 11 of a Govt. Department/Autonomous Body will be preferred. |

Evaluation will be done on the basis of following criteria: Last 5 years APARs, Maximum 25 Marks (Maximum 5 Marks each of last five APARs). Years of experience, Maximum 15 Marks. Interaction, 10 Marks. |

- The candidate should email the bio-data/application form in the prescribed format (attached) latest by 05:00 PM on or before the last date i.e., 03/02/2025.
- The duly filled scanned application form, in PDF or JPG format along with latest passport-size photograph and specimen signature in the space provided, must be emailed to consultantpb1@dda.gov.in latest by 05:00 PM of the last date i.e., 03/02/2025.
- Attach the required documents, including educational certificates, a copy of vigilance clearance at the time of retirement, copies of the last 5 years APARs/ACRs preceding the retirement, and copies of orders of promotions and financial upgradation, etc.
- The applicant must produce the original supporting documents at the time of the interaction if invited.
