M.Sc. (Computer Science) or MCA, with 01-year experience.
Junior Assistant Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent .
typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting through Computers.
Library Attendant Passed 10th or equivalent examination .
Certificate in Library Science/Library & Information Science .
Laboratory Attendant Passed 10th or an equivalent examination with science subjects.
Computer Laboratory Attendant Passed Matriculation (10th) or an equivalent examination with science subjects .

Selection Process

Post Stage Details
Section Officer Written Test (Paper I & II) Paper I (MCQ): 2 hrs, 300 marks (150 questions). General Awareness, Reasoning, Math, Language (English/Hindi). 1/4th Negative Marking.
Paper II (Descriptive): 3 hrs, 200 marks. Constitution, Administration, Office Procedures, Language Skills, Situation Test, Computer Knowledge, Essay.
Qualifying Marks 45% (UR), 40% (OBC), 35% (SC/ST/PwBD) in *each* paper.
Selection Combined Paper I & II score merit list. Tie-breaker: Degree marks, age, draw of lots.
Senior Technical Assistant (Computer) Paper I (MCQ) 2 hrs, 300 marks (150 questions): General Science (60Q/120M), General Awareness (20Q/40M), Reasoning (20Q/40M), Math (30Q/60M), Language (20Q/40M).
Paper II (Practical) 3 hrs, 150 marks: Subject-specific lab-based. Section 1 (MCQ - 50Q/100M), Section 2 (Descriptive - 5Q/50M). Focus: Word Processing, Data Analysis.
Skill Test 50 Marks, Subject Skill assessment , Qualifying (30 marks needed).
Final Selection Merit (Paper 1 + Paper 2). Tie-breaker is same as above.
Junior Assistant Paper I (MCQ) 3 hrs, 200 marks (200 questions): General Awareness, Reasoning, Math, and Language (English/Hindi) - Each 50 questions for 50 marks. 1/4th Negative Marking.
Paper II 1.5 hrs, 100 marks: Essay, Comprehension, and Letter Writing.
Skill Test Typing Test(Qualifying): 35 wpm (English) / 30 wpm (Hindi).
Selection & Qualifying Merit (Paper 1 and 2). Qualifying Marks is same as Section Officer. Tie-Breaker is same as Section officer.
Library Attendant Written Test (MCQ) 3 hrs, 300 marks (150 questions): Library Aptitude (50Q/100M), General Awareness (25Q/50M), Reasoning (25Q/50M), Math (25Q/50M), Language (25Q/50M). 1/4th Negative Marking.
Selection Merit based on written test. Tie-breaker is same as above.
Lab Attendant / Computer Lab Attendant Written Test (MCQ) 300 marks(150 Questions): General Science (60Q, 120M), General Awareness (20Q, 40M), Reasoning (20Q, 40M), Math (30Q, 60M), Language (20Q, 40M). *Computer Lab Attendant: Questions may be based on computer science.* 1/4th Negative Marking.
Selection & Qualifying Marks Merit based on written test, Minimum qualifying marks 45% UR ,40% OBC and 35% for the posts reserved for SC/ST/ PwBD category. Tie-breaker is same as above.
