Essential Qualification

Jr Clerk-cum-Copyist Jr Typist Stenographer Gr-III
- Must be a Citizen of India.
- Passed at least +3 examination or equivalent.
- Passed Diploma in Computer Application.
- Able to speak read and write Oriya. Passed Oriya test equivalent to M.E. Standard.

Jr Typist
- Minimum speed 40 words per minute in English typewriting.

Stenographer Gr-III
- Minimum speed 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in typewriting per minute in English.
Selection Process
- Written Examination for all posts.
- Computer Science Test (Practical) for qualified candidates.
- Viva Voce Test for those who pass practical test.
- For Jr Typist Type Writing Test after written exam.
- For Stenographer Gr-III Shorthand and Type Writing Test after written exam.
