Essential Qualification
- All Posts (Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Stenographer Grade-III, Junior Typist)
- Must have passed Graduation or equivalent.
- Must have at least a Diploma in Computer Application.
- Able to speak, read, and write Odia (M.E. Standard).
- Must be registered in an Employment Exchange.
- Junior Typist
- Minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Type Writing.
- Stenographer Grade-III
- Minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand.
- Minimum speed of 40 words in English Type Writing per minute.
Selection Process
- Written Examination for all posts.
- Computer Science Test (Practical) for qualified candidates.
- Viva-Voce Test for those who pass the practical test.
- For Junior Typist: English Written Test, then Typing Test, then Computer Practical, then Viva-Voce.
- For Stenographer Grade-III: English Written Test, then Shorthand & Typing Test, then Computer Practical, then Viva-Voce.
