Essential Qualification
- Qualification:
- First Class Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Technology) OR
- First Class Master's Degree (Science) in the relevant discipline.
- GATE Score: Mandatory valid GATE score in the corresponding subject.
- Final Year Students: Eligible if expecting First Class; must submit degree/provisional certificate by 31/07/2025.
- Foreign University Degrees: Requires equivalence certificate (Association of Indian Universities, Delhi) by 31/07/2025.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on valid GATE scores. Ratio 1:10 discipline and category wise.
- Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Final selection based on 80 percent GATE score weightage and 20 percent Interview marks weightage.
- Minimum 70 percent for UR and 60 percent for reserved in Interview required.
