The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is recruiting scientists for its Group A Technical Service known as Defence Research Development Service (DRDS). The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online.

Selection Process

  1. Technical Screening (Level 1): Eligible applications are screened technically for the suitability of experience. Shortlisting is based on qualifications, experience relevance, or by a Technical Screening Committee.
  2. Technical Screening (Level 2 - If needed): If many candidates are shortlisted after Level 1, a Preliminary Online Interview (10-15 mins) may be held for further shortlisting.
  3. Final Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates attend a final personal interview. Selection is based only on the merit of marks in this interview.
  4. Minimum Score: Candidates need at least 75% marks in the final interview to be considered for selection.
