The age limit for both posts is 18 to 37 years as of 01/01/2025. Age relaxation will be given to the candidate of reserved categories as per rules/instructions of the Honble High Court as well as Punjab Government.
Essential Qualification
- Clerk
- A degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
- Passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the subject.
- Proficiency in operation of computer.
- Stenographer Grade-III
- A degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
- Passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the subject.
- Proficiency in operation of computers (Word processing and Spreadsheets).
Selection Process
- For Clerk:
- Written examination (English composition and General Knowledge).
- Computer Proficiency Test (Spread Sheet Test and Typing Test in English).
- Negative marking of 1/4th for wrong answers in written test.
- For Stenographer Grade-III:
- English Shorthand test at 80 W.P.M.
- Transcription of the same on computer at 20 W.P.M.
- Proficiency in operation of computers.
