Essential Qualification
- Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist:
- Passed +3 examination or equivalent.
- Passed Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) or equivalent.
- Able to speak, read, and write Odia and passed Odia test equivalent to M.E. standard.
- Junior Typist:
- Passed +3 examination or equivalent.
- Passed Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) or equivalent.
- Minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Typewriting.
- Able to speak, read, and write Odia and passed Odia test equivalent to M.E. standard.
- Stenographer Grade-III:
- Passed +3 examination or equivalent.
- Passed Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) or equivalent.
- Minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in Typewriting in English per minute.
- Able to speak, read, and write Odia and passed Odia test equivalent to M.E. standard.
Selection Process
- Written Test: For all posts. English, Arithmetic, General Knowledge for Clerk. English for Typist & Steno.
- Skill Test: Computer Science Test (Practical) for all. Typewriting for Typist & Steno. Shorthand for Steno.
- Viva-voce Test: For candidates qualifying written and skill tests.
