Age Eligibility

The age eligibility for all the posts is between 18 to 45 years for Unreserved (UR) and EWS categories as on 01/01/2025. For reserved categories of HP (SC, ST, OBC, PH), the age limit is between 18 to 50 years. HP Govt. employees can also apply and their age limit is 18 to 50 years.

Essential Qualification

Personal Assistant/ Judgment Writer Graduation with 8 years experience as Stenographer, Judgment Writer, Junior Scale Stenographer or Steno Typist.

Speed of 110 W.P.M., in English Stenography and accurate transcription.

Typing speed in English, at 55 W.P.M.
Clerk/Proof Readers Graduation.

Pass typing test at a speed of 30 WPM (in English) on computer.
Driver Matriculation.

Valid Driving Licence to drive LMV or Medium or Heavy Vehicles with 3 years experience.

Good mechanical knowledge of automobiles is preferrable.
Mali Matriculation.

Three (3) years experience in gardening.

Selection Process

Screening Test This test will be held before the main exam, based on R&P Rules 2015. Shortlisted Candidates based on R&P Rules 2015 will appear.
Proficiency Test This test will be held before the main exam, as per Schedule-IV of R&P Rules 2015 As per Schedule-IV of R&P Rules 2015
Typing Test This test is required for Clerk/Proof Readers (Group-C) post, on computer in english, to test typing speed. 30 WPM in English
Main/Competitive Exam As per R&P Rules, 2015. Based on Schedule-IV (Part-D & Part-K) For PA, Clerk (Direct recruitment)
Interview As per R&P Rules, 2015. Based on Schedule-IV. For Driver
Document Verification/Evaluation For this selected candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio 1:3. As per Schedule-IV of R&P Rules 2015. Final merit list shall be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in educational qualification & evaluation. For Mali.
