- Qualify Transcription Test at 20 words per minute on computer.
- Pass the Computer Proficiency Test which is qualifying only.

- Take a Written Exam for 100 marks.
- English Composition has 50 marks and General Knowledge has 50 marks.
- You need 33 percent in each subject and 40 percent total to pass.
- Pass a Computer Typing Test at 30 words per minute in English.
