Essential Qualification
- Junior Civil Engineer: Civil Engineering diploma/degree.
- Junior Lecturers (Accountancy, Management, Cooperative Law): Generally, relevant Master's/Bachelor's (55%), good academics, two years' experience. Specific professional qualifications may apply for certain roles.
Selection Process
- Online Examination: This test will have 170 marks. The duration is 2.5 hours. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for wrong answers.
- Interview: Candidates who pass the online exam will be called for an interview. The interview is for 30 marks.
- Final Merit: The final selection is based on marks from both the online exam and the interview totaling 200 marks. A minimum of 50 percent marks in the online exam is needed to be called for the interview.
