Selection Process

Shortlisting for Interview:
- Candidates are shortlisted based on Academic Score calculated as per UGC Regulations 2018 Appendix II.
- For Assistant Professor:
- Shortlisted in order of merit based on Academic Score.
- Maximum 20 candidates for one vacancy maximum 10 additional for each extra post.
- For Associate Professor:
- All eligible candidates are invited for the interview.
- Meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.

- Shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interview.
- Candidates must bring original documents for verification.

Final Selection:
- Selection is based on performance in the interview.
