- Online Examination (Phase I): This is an objective type test with 200 marks. It has two parts: Part I (Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, Financial Sector Current Affairs - 100 marks, 60 mins) and Part II (Domain Knowledge - 50 questions, 100 marks, 60 mins). There is negative marking (1/4th mark deduction for wrong answers).
- Interview (Phase II - Technical and Behavioural): Candidates shortlisted based on Phase I marks will be called for an interview. The interview carries 100 marks. Candidates can choose Hindi or English for the interview.
- Final Selection: Based on a merit list prepared by adding marks from Phase I (Online Exam) and Phase II (Interview). The weightage is 40:60 (Exam:Interview). Candidates must qualify in both stages.
- Other Possible Stages: IPL might conduct Group Discussion or Psychometric tests.
