- For all Posts:
- A Ph.D. degree in the relevant subject is required.
- Candidates must have a first class in all degrees from graduation onwards.
- Assistant Professor Grade III:
- Ph.D. degree with no prior experience needed.
- Assistant Professor Grade II:
- Ph.D. degree with one year of relevant experience.
- Assistant Professor Grade I:
- Ph.D. degree with three years of experience after Ph.D.
- Associate Professor:
- Ph.D. degree with six years of experience after Ph.D.
- Professor:
- Ph.D. degree with ten years of experience after Ph.D.
Selection Process
- Written Test: This is only for Assistant Professor posts at Pay Level 10 and 11.
- Seminar Presentation: All shortlisted candidates for all pay levels must give a presentation.
- Interview: Candidates who are recommended after the seminar will be called for an interview.
