Essential Qualification

All Assistant Professors
- Masters Degree with 55% marks in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree.
- Cleared NET conducted by UGC or CSIR or similar test like SLET SET.
- OR PhD degree in accordance with UGC Regulations.
- Minimum three years of teaching or industry experience in the relevant field.

MA Media Business Studies
- Specialization in media management business analytics financial accounting media economics IPR preferred.

MA Strategic Communication
- Specialization in Strategic Communication Defence Studies Political Science Foreign Policy International Relations Data Journalism Digital Media preferred.

MA New Media Communication
- Specialization in Data Analytics Data Visualization Content Management Systems preferred.
- Experience in Multimedia HTML Joomla AR VR Online Journalism Social Media Digital Marketing Data Journalism etc.

PG Diploma in Journalism (English Hindi Odia Malayalam Marathi)
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a reputed English Hindi Odia Malayalam or Marathi Media Organization respectively.
- Teaching experience at undergraduate or postgraduate level with language proficiency.

PG Diploma in Corporate Communication & Brand Management
- Minimum 3 years work experience in teaching or industry related to corporate communication.
- Experience in developing courses on corporate communication CSR internal communication or event management.
- Familiarity with tools like Meltwater Brandwatch Canva Google Analytics Hootsuite HubSpot ChatGPT.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates will be based on academic scores as specified in Appendix II (Table 3A) for Universities and Appendix II (Table 3B) for Colleges.
- Selections will be based only on performance in the interview.
- Interview will be held online.
