Selection Process

Candidates must register successfully on the NAPS/NATS portal.
They must apply against the notification using their User ID/Email ID. |
| Merit List Preparation |
A merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks secured in the essential prescribed qualification.
This list will include candidates who have applied against a respective post on the portal and meet the eligibility criteria. |
| Medical Examination |
Candidates must ensure they are medically fit as per Indian Oils pre-engagement medical format.
They should review the Guidelines and Criteria for physical Fitness for Pre-Engagement Medical Examination. |
| Document Verification |
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
Candidates must present original documents along with self-attested copies. |
| Final Selection | Candidates whose documents, including the Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate, are in order will be issued an offer of Engagement for Apprenticeship Training. |
