Essential Qualification
- National Chief Coach
- Coaching Diploma (SAI/NS NIS/other) OR IWF/Level course Certificate.
- Min. 10 years as Chief Coach.
- Senior Coach
- Coaching Diploma or equivalent (SAI/NS NIS/other).
- Min. 7 years weightlifting coaching.
- Coach
- NIS Diploma / Level 2 Course (IWLF/International/National Awardee).
- Min. 4 years weightlifting coaching.
- Sports Physiotherapist
- Bachelors in Physiotherapy (BPT) required; Masters (MPT) preferred.
- No online degrees.
- Sports Masseur/Masseuse
- Passed 10th/12th Grade (SSC/HrSC).
- Certified Sports Massage Course; No online degrees.
Selection Process
- NSF Search Committee will research and shortlist candidates.
- An Empanelment Committee (formed by SAI) will review applications and interview candidates.
- Recommendations for recruitment and empanelment based on interview and assessments.
- Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be used for periodic review.
- Final approval by Director General (SAI).
