Selection Process
- For Clerks:
- Written Exam: English Composition (50 Marks) and General Knowledge (50 Marks).
- Qualifying Marks: Need 33% in each subject and 40% overall in the written test.
- Computer Proficiency Test for shortlisted candidates.
- For Stenographers Grade III:
- Shorthand Test: English Shorthand at 80 WPM.
- Transcription Test: Transcription at 20 WPM.
- Computer Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets needed.
How to Apply
- Attach self attested copies of your documents like qualification proof date of birth category proof etc.
- Include two passport size photographs one pasted on the form and one attached.
- Put the application in an envelope.
- Write APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CLERK ON ADHOC BASIS or APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER GRADE III ON ADHOC BASIS clearly on the envelope.
