Essential Qualification
- Sericulture Extension Officer
- M.Sc (Sericulture) from a recognized university.
- OR B.Sc (Sericulture) (4 years degree course).
- OR B.Sc. with a Post Graduate Diploma in Sericulture.
In addition to the educational qualifications, candidates must have the following:
- Computer Proficiency: Must have computer skills as per Mizoram Government rules.
- Mizo Language Proficiency: Must pass a qualifying test in the Mizo language. Candidates who studied Mizo in Class X or above are exempt.
Selection Process
- Written Examination: Candidates will have to appear for a Direct Recruitment Examination.
- Mizo Language Test: A qualifying test for Mizo language proficiency is required, unless exempted.
- Document Verification: Candidates who pass the exam will be called for document verification.
