Essential Qualification
- Senior Manager (F&A)
- CA/ICWA (CMA) Final Passed.
- Seven years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Manager (F&A)
- CA/ICWA (CMA) Final Passed.
- Three years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Deputy Manager (F&A)
- CA/ICWA (CMA) or M.Com.
- OR B.Com and MBA (Finance).
- One year of post-qualification experience.
A Degree or Diploma must be from a recognized University or Institute in India.
Selection Process
- Online Test: Candidates will take an online test. The test has 130 questions for 150 marks and lasts 120 minutes.
- Negative Marking: For each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
- Final Selection: The final list will be based on test scores (90% weight) and interview (10% weight).
