- Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Stenographer Grade-III & Junior Typist
- Passed +3 examination or equivalent.
- Passed Diploma in Computer Application.
- Able to speak read and write Odia. Passed Oriya test equivalent to M.E. Standard.
- Stenographer Grade-III
- Minimum speed 80 WPM in Shorthand.
- Minimum speed 40 WPM in Typewriting on computer.
- Junior Typist
- Minimum speed 40 WPM in Typewriting on computer.
- Salaried Amin
- Passed matriculation or equivalent.
- Passed Revenue Inspector Training.
- Able to speak read and write Odia. Passed Oriya test equivalent to M.E. Standard.
Selection Process
- Written Examination for all posts.
- Shorthand & Typewriting Test for Stenographer Grade-III.
- Typewriting Test for Junior Typist.
- Computer Science Test (Practical) for all posts.
