Essential Qualification
A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 is essential for all posts. Holders of qualifications in Part II of the Third Schedule must fulfill section 13 subsection 3 conditions of the Act.
- Specialist Gr.-III (PH)
- Post-graduate degree or diploma in Public Health.
- Three years experience after PG degree or five years after PG diploma.
- Specialist Gr.-III (Micro.)
- Post-Graduate degree in Microbiology or Bacteriology like MD or DNB.
- Or MBBS with MSc Medical Bacteriology or Medical Microbiology.
- Or MSc Medical Bacteriology/Microbiology with PhD or DSc in relevant field.
- Three years experience in the specialty after first PG degree.
Note: Candidates with DNB qualifications need to get their qualification verified by NBE as per Gazette Notification No.MCI-12(2)/2018-Med.Misc./142810 dated 31.10.2018 and upload the certificate.
Selection Process
- Applications will be scrutinized based on requirements.
- Eligible candidates will be informed via email for an interview.
- The selection is through a Screening cum Selection Mode at NCDC Delhi.
- No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
