Essential Qualification

Medical Officer
  • MBBS Degree with valid registration.
  • Two years post Internship experience (excluding time spent on Courses / PG).
Field Engineer (Civil)
  • Full time regular Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc. (Engg) in Civil from an AICTE recognized university/institute with min 60% marks or equivalent.
  • OR
  • AMIE (enrollment up to 31/05/2013) with min 60% marks or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 Years post qualification in relevant field.
Field Engineer (Elect)
  • Full time regular Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc. (Engg) in Electrical from an AICTE recognized university/institute with min 60% marks or equivalent.
  • OR
  • AMIE (enrollment up to 31/05/2013) with min 60% marks or equivalent.
  • Electrical Discipline includes: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems & High Voltage, Power Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 Years post qualification in relevant field.
Field Engineer (Mech)
  • Full time regular Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc. (Engg) in Mechanical from an AICTE recognized university/institute with min 60% marks or equivalent.
  • OR
  • AMIE (enrollment up to 31/05/2013) with min 60% marks or equivalent.
  • Mechanical Discipline includes: Mechanical, Production, Thermal, Mechanical & Automation.

Selection Process Based on NHPC Rules & Procedures for Contract Employment on Fixed Tenure Basis.
Mode of Selection

Personal Interview only, of the eligible and shortlisted candidates.

Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/ criteria and / or to conduct a screening test, to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Personal Interview.

Screening Test (If Conducted)

Qualifying in nature (40% for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Candidates qualifying in the screening test shall be shortlisted for interview based on their marks in screening test.

Final Selection Based on marks secured in Personal Interview only.

UR/EWS/ OBC(NCL): 40%

SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
