  • Full-time Graduation/ Post-Graduation in any discipline / CA/ CFA/ CS/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA /PGPM/ PGDM.
  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience in pension/ financial sector. Special knowledge in Investment/Treasury/Risk Management for Risk Management Stream.
  • Diploma in Data Science/Analytics/Statistics for Risk Management Stream (Desirable).
Manager (Grade B)
  • Full-time Post-Graduation in any discipline / CA/ CFA/ CS/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA/ PGPM/ PGDM.
  • 4+ years of post-qualification experience in officer cadre in pension / financial sector. Special knowledge in law, finance, economics, accountancy, statistics, Administration.
  • For Human Resource Stream: Full-time MBA/Master's/PG degree/Diploma (2+ years) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management; 4+ years experience in HR.
  • For Risk Management Stream: 4+ years of post-qualification experience in pension/financial sector; special knowledge in Investment/Treasury/Risk Management; Diploma in Data Science/Analytics/Statistics (Desirable).

Selection Process

Phase I
  • Online exam (120 marks).
  • Single shift, bilingual (Hindi & English) except English Language test.
  • 90 minutes per stream.
  • Negative marking (1/4th).
  • General Stream: General Awareness, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Commerce, Accountancy, Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Companies Act, Indian Trusts Act, Economics, Pension Sector.
  • Risk/HR Stream: General Awareness, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Specialized subject.
Phase II
  • Online exam (two papers, 100 marks each).
  • Bilingual (except English & General Studies).
  • Negative marking (1/4th) for Paper 2.
  • Paper 1 (All Streams): English & General Studies (Descriptive) - 100 marks (60 minutes)
  • Paper 2 (Risk/HR): Specialized subject (MCQ) - 100 marks (40 minutes)
  • Paper 2 (General): Commerce, Accountancy, etc. (MCQ) - 100 marks (40 minutes)
Phase III
  • Interview (Hindi or English).
Weightage
  • Phase II: 50%
  • Interview: 50%

  6. Validate details and save your application.
  7. Upload photo and signature as per guidelines.
  8. Complete remaining application details.
  9. Preview the entire form using the "Preview" tab.
  10. Click "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" after final verification.
  11. Proceed to payment using the "Payment" tab.
  12. Click "Submit".
  13. DO NOT refresh or press the back button after submitting payment to avoid double charges.
  14. On successful payment, an e-Receipt will be generated.
  15. Print the e-Receipt and application form.
