Essential Qualification
- Assistant Professor
- B.E. or B.Tech. or B.S. degree.
- M.E. or M.Tech. or M.S. or Integrated M.Tech.
- Must have first class in one of the degrees.
- Associate Professor
- Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
- First class in Bachelors or Masters level.
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience after Ph.D.
- At least 6 research publications.
Selection Process
- For Assistant Professor: The selection process includes a written test first. Candidates who pass the test will be shortlisted.
- For Associate Professor: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic record and experience.
- Final Steps for Both Posts: Shortlisted candidates will go through a Teaching Aptitude Assessment (TAA) and then a final Interview.
- Final Merit: The final selection is based 50% on academic scores and 50% on interview performance.
