The age limit will be calculated as of 01/01/2026. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules. For SC/ST candidates it is 5 years and for OBC candidates it is 3 years.
Exam Fee

For candidates paying Rs. 500, an amount of Rs. 400 will be refunded after appearing in the written exam. For all other categories, the full fee of Rs. 250 will be refunded.
Essential Qualification
Candidates applying for any post must have the following Scouts and Guides qualification:
- A President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder.
- Should be an active member of a Scouts Organization for the last 5 years.
- Attended two national level events AND two state level events.
The minimum educational qualifications are as follows:
- Level-2 Posts: Must have passed 12th grade with at least 50% marks.
- Level-1 Posts: Must have passed 10th grade OR 10th grade with ITI or National Apprenticeship Certificate.
Selection Process
- Written Test (60 Marks): This test will include 40 objective questions and one essay type question.
- Marks on Certificates (40 Marks): Marks will be given for participation in National, State, and District level events and specialized courses.
