  4. Complete the online application form, ensuring all data entered is accurate as editing options are limited after confirmation.
  5. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph, a full signature, and a scanned image of your left-hand thumb impression (LTI) with the application. Make sure these uploads are clearly identifiable.
  6. Maintain at least four copies of the uploaded passport photo for future use.
  7. Upon successful submission, a unique Permanent Public Service Account Number (PPSAN) is assigned. Print the final submission confirmation along with required documents for future reference.
  8. Submit the application well before the deadline to avoid last-minute congestion.
  9. Download the Certificate of Admission for the written exam from the OPSC website when available.
  10. Monitor the OPSC website for any notices regarding document verification, interviews, and other relevant updates.
