Selection Process

  1. Assistant Professor: Selection is based on:
    • Academic Records: 40%
    • Written Test: 30%
    • Research Publication: 10%
    • Viva-Voce: 20%
    Four times the advertised posts will be called for interview based on scores from first three criteria.
  2. Associate Professor & Professor:
    • Selection based on API score card.
    • Candidates invited for interview in 1:4 ratio.
    • Minimum 50% overall score required to qualify.
