Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT):
- Nature: Objective type (multiple choice questions).
- Subjects: English Composition and General Knowledge.
- Total Marks: 60 (1 mark per question).
- Duration: 1 hour.
- Negative Marking: None.
- Scoring: Marks will be normalized if the test is held in multiple shifts.
- Candidates equal to three times of the advertised vacancies are shortlisted for next level.
- English Shorthand & Transcription Test:
- Dictation Speed: 80 W.P.M. (Words Per Minute) in English Shorthand.
- Transcription Speed: 20 W.P.M. on the computer.
- Qualifying Criteria: Candidates committing more than 8% mistakes will be disqualified.
- Only Qualified Spreadsheet Test Candidate are eligible for checking answer sheet.
- Spreadsheet Test:
- Nature: Qualifying.
- Total Marks: 10.
- Duration: 10 minutes.
- Qualifying Marks: 40% or more (i.e., 4 or more marks).
- Original Testimonials/Interaction:
- Candidates who qualify both English Shorthand Test and Spreadsheet test are eligible.
- Final Selection
- Based on English Shorthand & Transcription Test and Merit Prepare in this test.
