The age limit will be calculated as of 01/01/2026. An additional relaxation of 3 years in the upper age limit is provided for candidates who were eligible for the 2019 advertisement. Age relaxation for reserved categories of Rajasthan will be applicable as per government rules. For instance, SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS male candidates get 5 years relaxation, and females from these categories get 10 years relaxation. There is no upper age limit for widows and divorced women.

Essential Qualification
- Veterinary Officer
- Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry.
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script.
- Knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
- Must be registered with the Rajasthan Veterinary Council, Jaipur.
Selection Process
- The selection process includes a written examination.
- The exam will have 150 multiple-choice questions for 150 marks.
- The total duration of the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Negative marking of 1/3rd mark will be applicable for every wrong answer.
- The exam will consist of two parts:
- Part-A: General Knowledge of Rajasthan (40 Questions)
- Part-B: Concerned Subject (110 Questions)
