MBA / PGDM / PGPM / MMS in any discipline. Institute should be recognized / approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE / UGC.
Essential Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification work experience as Executive / Supervisory / Managerial role in Schedule Commercial Banks in Retail Banking.
Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in working directly with Product Development within the essential experience.
