  • Age Limit Rules: The age is calculated as on 01/07/2025.
  • Relaxation: There is an age relaxation of 5 years for SC, ST, OBC, and State Government Employees of Uttar Pradesh.

Essential Qualification

  • Deputy Dairy Development Officer
    • Bachelor Degree in Dairy Technology.
    • OR Diploma in Dairy Science with 5 years of experience.
    • OR Bachelor Degree in Agriculture with Animal Husbandry and Dairy specialization.
    • Knowledge of Hindi in Devanagri Script is required.
  • Joint Director (Evaluation)
    • Post Graduate Degree (Master Degree) with 48% marks in Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, Statistics, or related fields.
    • OR Degree in Engineering.
    • You must have 10 years of experience in Programme Evaluation.
  • Deputy Director
    • Post Graduate Degree in Human Geography, Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Public Administration.
    • You must have 5 years of experience in research or training.
  • Assistant Archaeological Officer
    • Master Degree (Second Class) in Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology OR Medieval History.
    • AND Diploma in Archaeology OR 2 years of field experience in Archaeology.
  • Deputy Secretary (IT)
    • Master Degree in Engineering (M.E./M.Tech) in Computer Science or IT with 12 years of experience.
    • OR B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT with 14 years of experience.
    • OR MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science with 14 years of experience.

Selection Process

  1. Screening Examination: There will be an objective type written exam.
  2. Negative Marking: For every wrong answer, 0.33 marks will be cut.
  3. Interview: Candidates who pass the exam will be called for an interview.
  4. Final Merit: The final list is made using 75% marks from the Screening Exam and 25% marks from the Interview.
  5. Document Verification: Checking of original certificates.

  1. First, complete your One Time Registration (OTR) on the official website.
  2. Go to the Commission's website and click on All Notifications/Advertisements.
  3. Click on Apply for the post you want to choose.
  4. Click on Authenticate with OTR and enter your details.
  5. Pay the application fee using Net Banking or Card.
  6. Click on Submit to finish the online form.
  7. Take a printout of the application form.
  8. Important Step: You must send the hard copy (printout) of the application along with self-attested copies of your documents to the Commission's office by Speed Post or by Hand.
